PoliTrade — Admin Console

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the PoliTrade Admin Console (“Console”). By signing in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Console.

1. Authorized Use Only

Access to this Console is strictly limited to individuals who have been explicitly authorized by a system administrator. Sharing your credentials, session, or access with any other person is prohibited. Unauthorized access or use may constitute a violation of applicable law.

2. Purpose of the Console

The Console is an internal monitoring and research tool that aggregates publicly available prediction-market data from sources such as Polymarket and Kalshi for informational and research purposes. It is not a trading platform, brokerage, or financial service.

3. No Financial or Investment Advice

Nothing displayed in this Console constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other type of professional advice. The Console provides aggregated informational data only. You are solely responsible for any investment or trading decisions you make. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.

4. Data Accuracy and Completeness Disclaimer

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of the data displayed in this Console, including but not limited to:

Market quotes, implied probabilities, volume, or liquidity
Market titles, timestamps, or metadata from third-party sources
Latency measurements
Alert delivery status

The data feed depends on third-party APIs that may experience interruptions, delays, or gaps. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or temporarily unavailable. We provide no guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free data delivery.

5. Trading Risk Disclosure

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. The use of this Console for trading-related research does not reduce, mitigate, or eliminate trading risk. Past performance of any trading strategy or approach is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

6. Content Ownership

Market data and content displayed in this Console originate from third-party sources such as Polymarket and Kalshi and are the property of their respective owners. PoliTrade does not claim ownership of any third-party content. This Console displays such content solely for internal monitoring and research purposes under principles of fair use and public availability.

7. No Warranty

The Console is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Console will be available at any particular time or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Console or any data displayed therein, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data.

9. Confidentiality

The Console, its data, and its functionality are proprietary and confidential. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute any information about the Console's operation, data, or capabilities to any third party without prior written authorization.

10. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Console complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing securities trading and financial data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Console following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
